Newbie From SF
Hi everyone...Just got started on barbecuing food in the last year and smoking in the last 3 months. I have the classic Weber BBQ grill and their Smokey mountain smoker (not sure what size...it has two racks).
I stumbled across this site about a month or two ago and was interested in the threads that were being posted. I've decided to become a member to better develop my skills as a BBQer and hopefully give back to the people in my current position down the line! |
