Default Lamb Chops

Last night was my turn to plan and make dinner since my wife's university is back in session and she had to teach, so of course that means the I'm gonna grill or smoke something! Ran across these nice NZ lamb chops in the store and knew instantly these were coming home with me.

Hit 'em with some salt, pepper, and garlic.

Warmed up the keg to sub-nuclear temps.

Let 'em go for just a couple minutes on each side.

Pulled 'em and let 'em rest for a couple minutes.

Served 'em with some cauliflower and broccoli, and some 16-22/lb shrimp cocktail. I thought they were delicious. Kid's didn't complain so it must've been alright!

Thanks for looking.
