Cream cheese green onion stuffed fatty... And some st Louis ribs. Ribs were Meh. I have rib issues. Gotta work on my rib game

Gotta try the cream cheese/onion fatty. Sounds delish. What rib issues are you having? Always learning here.
 
The Assassin seasoning instructions suggest not wasting the heat and putting a fatty on......:biggrin1:
 
I never met a fatty that I would trade for ANYBODY's ribs.Ribs are VERY overrated in my opinion.So many more flavorful cuts to spend my time on.That fatty looks DIVINE!:clap2:
 
I keep putting rub on mine, i need to make a separate rub with less salt. These breakfast sausages are sodium death traps. But, the cream cheese smooths it out, i wish i had some jalapenos... Reminds me, publix has those bacon wrapped jalapeno cream cheese poppers on sale in the freshly made case, gotta get some before they go off sale thursday!
 
OMG.... The nanny just opened the fridge and my fatty hit the floor in the pyrex... im so pissed! And of course the wife blames me, for how i put it in the fridge.. yet i opened the fridge 3x last night getting drinks out after i had already put it in there and nogged on some. What a crock.
