Sauce worked out perPhectly and I like it alot!

Ribs were rubbed with Simply Marvelous Spicey Apple and glazed with tamarind...once plated I poured some more tamarind sauce over the ribs.

I'd say lePhtovers from last Phriday at Padawans Place but it didn't happen yet...Phorgot my memorycard at Padawan's Place.
Artichoke hearts au gratin and potato/pumpkin dish.:thumb:
