I was on a mission! It was a trip to Whole Foods to find Flax Seed Oil! I will post about that later.
While there I could not help myself, I had to look at the meat dept. There were some of the finest looking beef, pork, and chicken that I have looked at in quite awhile. Also the most expensive.
Sharon and I just looked at the Rib Eye steaks, then Sharon, BHSLH, said, what the heck it's New Years Day, let's eat good.
Soo this is what we got.
I used my very own very special seasoning on these babies, nothing but the best Kosher Salt & fresh ground pepper. :-D
Then I got the fire started on the Performer.
I let it get good and hot and put the babies on.
Then served them up with Porcinni Mushroom Risoto, and fresh zuchinni.
Ahh, the kiss principle, it works every time.
