First MOINKs on World MOINK Ball Day

June 5, 2010 I made my first MOINKs. Armor all beef pre-cooked meat balls, John Morrel bacon, and Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy for the rub. Dusted the inside of the bacon strips prior to wrapping the meat balls. Sorry about the colored tooth picks. :icon_blush: Dusted again with SMSS and onto the kettle indirect at about 275 using Stubbs and a few chunks of hickory.
Dancing Pigs mixed with Jalapeno Jelly for the glaze, and then after the cook redipped. Thanks for looking!
