Yepp it is Lockharts and I actually pm'd him recently and plan to leave work early one day to meet him up at the restaurent ^.^

Rich- I was indeed using reserve blend so you could be right in that the injection mixture is likely more heavily seasoned than their other product. Ill have to place an order for the other one along with some Butchers to do a comparison.

Fat Freddy- you are right in saying the label can be misleading, mine says enough for 2 17 lb briskets at their measurement but so far ive gotten 3 uses out of this bag and looks like i have enough for atleast 1 more of their suggested ratio.

You guys gave me some good ideas of things to try to ill get to it! Thanks
