Have a sponsor wanting me to smoke a Hog for them for a gig. Just purchased and picked up a 91lb hog from a place here in Colorado. Anyone here smoke a pig on their Whole Hog Smoker? Just looking for any tips, advice or pointers for getting this done! Looking to get it going either later tonight or early tommorow morning. Gig is at 6:00pm Tommorow!!
