I applied a rub and wrapped a Pork loin and butt tonight with the intention of smoking them in the morning, Turns out Ill not be able to do it till the following morning... anything I need to worry about if they stay in fridge for an extra 24 hour hours?

I have done this and not had any problem except maybe a little 'hammyness' which is not really a bad thing.

Pork can safely marinate refridgerated for up to 5 days so I think you will be ok.

Do not eat that meat - please immediately send via UPS to me - include some dry ice. I help people all of the time with my meat disposal service...;-)

if you you have salty or sugary rub it will start to cure is it loin or loin roast if it is a tenderloin it will really take the rub.
