Default New Year - New Rub. Help me name it!

Folks have been asking for a rib rub for some time, but I have hesitated because their are literally thousands of rib rubs out there and I didn’t want to make Rib rub #10,466

So as I tend to do, I went a little sideways.

What you won’t find in ours that you will probably find in theirs:
-Sugar (no brown, no white, no turbinado, zilch)
-Spices just for the sake of spices. Everything in this Rub has a place and a purpose

The ingredient list (not in order)

Sea salt
Smoked Serrano, Habanero & Ancho chili peppers
Ginger
Orange zest
Cocoa
Roasted Garlic
Fennel pollen
Paprika
Smoked Black Pepper
Celery

Flavor profile: Orange Mole Sauce

Now I just need a name.....

Whatcha got?

The person who first submits the name we chose will get a bag of the first production run.
