Sunday Lunch
Not your typical British Sunday lunch with roast beef with all the trimmings.....
But ribs and burgers I put the ribs on the gasser undirect heat for 4hrs, direct heat for 30mins while adding bbq sauce..... Slapped on the burgers ( Aberdeen Angus beef) and slathered the brioche buns in garlic butter and toasted them up, before adding my homemade apple slaw |
