Man - I just had an excellent meal cooked by my young 'un - his first smoked shorties, plus sauteed brussels sprouts and corn with some awesome sliced tomatoes - it was fantastic & made me very proud - but I'm still jealous! How'd you do that? (My theory is that the meat & taters will always get me and the spanikopita is the sneak attack that put it waaay over the top! )

Great stuff all around, Marc - loving every bit of this!
