Default Chicken bomb suggestions

So, the chicken bombs look pretty awesome. I am thawing some chicken thighs right now. Can you post your concoctions? What are your favorite recipes? Do you typically do them on a weber grill, drum, smoker? What is your set up?

Does another type of pepper work if I have a few spice sensitive people?

Thanks!
