Ive been working on this smoker barrel for a while now and i just got it painted.
so i thought id share some pics.
Its a 30 gal drum with a weber top and sorry not so ugly.
I still need to put the handles and the vent back on.

Nice drum....almost as ugly as my SS UDS:heh::heh:(no gretuitus pic this time).

That is just WAY cool! What technique did you use to do the flames?
 
Moose its a airbrush technique part freehand part stencils multi layers with candy colors
 
Awesome, you have some serious talent! When's the maiden voyage? (please don't bust any ceremonial bottles over the top)
 
Y'all are to kind Ive been trying to get the hang of airbrushed fire for a while.
I worked on it 3 yrs ago and couldn't get the hang of it ,
gave up and this is my second go i think its getting close now

no ceremonial bottles will ever touch it.
I mite drink a couple ceremonial bottles!!

Soon as i get it all put back together ill do a first smoke in it

It's a far cry from the yellow green no date code lid and red barrel i started with.
