Default Just another prime rib... On my new Hasty...

No guts no glory so I figured my first cook on the new pit may as well be xmas prime rib on a new (to me... Thanks craigslist) Hasty with its rotisserie. Never had a pit that spins... Anyway, had a little trouble keeping the temps down at first but eventually dialed her in. Like the wife told me this morning, how bad can I screw it up, I have a thermapen! Came out pretty good. I cooked it around 250 for a few hours then used the sweet crank on the hasty to raise the coals up and let her rip at the end.
Merry Christmas all!
