I voted already but just checking back to see what's going on. As good as everything looks, and I mean everything, I have been on a sausage kick lately. I had to go with Thirdeye, not just because of my latest kick but for originality. Can't say I have ever had a lamb sausage like that and it looks farking awesome.

I've had that Red Eye Lamb rack before... .gooooooood stuff... paired with roasted garlic & goat cheese mashed taters... woooooooooo yah!
