Well I stopped by RSS BBQ's roadside stand this past Thursday. The food was great (as always!!) and I have been told that it was Bubba's best day so far... Coincidence ?? I think not....

That sign adds character. Everybody knows the best BBQ comes from those BBQ joints and not those fancy restaurants.
Make the sign say Hours: 11AM until it's gone
