Default Tri Tip in St. Louis

Has anyone been able to find Tri Tip in St. Louis at a reasonable cost? I tried calling around to some butchers that I know and some local grocery stores but prices were ridiculous at $10.99/LB. I called Zernas (out in Washington) and they can get it, but it comes in an 80lb increments. If the price comes back reasonable, anyone interested in buying a couple?

Costco is usually 5.99-6.99/lb. Comes in a 2-pack.

I have my local Publix butcher order them.
He orders a case, they come 4 per cryovac bag, 4 or 5 cryo's per case and I have to pay current price/lb for the single ones I want after they're trimmed and repackaged.
They run from $6.49 - 8.69/lb.
