Iowa insurance

I think I posted in wrong spot, so posting it here.Live in Iowa and have been thinking about getting a road side BBQ stand going. Looking for some info. I don't want to cater just pull up and sell, no ties, I work full time now thus no tie down dates. So if you live here and know what info I'm looking for, basically what insurance co. and yearly cost for liability. My insurance agent thought she could guide me to some broker. I have talked to my local HD and didn't seem to bad. But 1st I need some liability insurance that won't break the bank. I want to be a small timer, also if you know of any other concerns or issues it would be appreciated. Thanks.
