I know, I know, I should have tried to finish the entire product on the grill, but I was hungry and the wife, well shes my wife....and I love her...OK, she gone...:mrgreen:

Anyways, started the sausage on the grill nice and well.

Then on came the Sauce, Roasted red peppers with garlic, Deli cut thin pepperoni, cut up sausage and of course the Mozzarella.

That is a great looking pizza. I've got to try one on the smoker.
 
The Sausage, simply coiled Italian style. This one in particular was made with Oregano, Fennel and Sweet Onion.

Delicious YES!

Need to plan something good in the smoker for the Labor Day Weekend...
