Default SJ. Gold Mini WSM Smoker

I built this for a buddy of mine. I used the SJG so no need to worry about ash build up. Here are a few picks of the build process.



The large holes are 1 1/4" and the small ones are 5/8". We may add additional holes for higher temp cooks.


There are 3 levels to cook on if need be.

Two whole chickens cooking. Sorry no picks of the food but it does cook well.
The only thing left to do is install the thermometer once it arrives.

Very cool rendition. I like the diffuser usage of the bottom of the pot.

Looking again, I am confused. What this an early effort before you changed the hole size?

The hole size is the same as i said before. Your looking at the tamale steamer insert that I use as a difuser.
