Received a 70's era Imperial Kamado grill from a family member and love it. Easy to control, delicious cooks and I love the retro look. Realized though, that some parts are missing and Not having them makes it difficult to do a larger brisket or ribs.
Does anyone have a spot to get replacement parts for these things? Specifically looking for a heat shield grill that can sit low on the fire ring. Not sure if there is an original part like this, but it would allow me to take advantage of the full dome space. Thanks.
