I do not eat many Eggs, or Breakfast very often. This morning I just had a urge to have a 4 Egg Omelet.

All I had in the fridge was cheese, so cheese it was. Anyone else hungry now?

You have a good eye!

Did not mix the Eggs before cooking and I slow fried the Eggs. Broke the yolks at different times during the cook so it would mix into the whites.

Thanks for the tip Terry! I'm trying that technique next time I make an omelet.
