Hello all.
I been smoking meats for about 15 years. Started out on a regular square Walmart grill using the offset method and graduated to a Weber performer.
Over the years I've used several different smokers.
I just recently picked up a Oklahoma Joe highland.
I cant wait to get her fired up and start cooking !!!
