As my buddy says "Those that put sauce on them are hiding something they did wrong"...

No sauce on the ribs, just a good amount of rub. Various sauces on the counter in case someone wants it...

I grew up being told that sauce was only necessary if you didn't cook them right. So I have never sauced because my relatives would probably come out of their graves to get me. Like Sliding Billy said...the sauce is in the fridge.
