hello all, my name is john and have stumbled across your site a couple of weeks ago and havent left yet. i am very new to bbq , last year got a charcoal grill from a niehgbor and never filled another propane tank since. since reading and enjoying all your pron i have started a uds all im waiting for is a couple thermometers and finish my charcoal basket and ill be ready to season. ( the uds threads are so incredible - size and detail ) cant wait to put on my first rack of ribs. thanks for all the great info on here i feel confident in my bbq. you guys rock, john
