Padawan's Rainbow Trout and Veal Picanha Pron

For starters we had rainbow trout with rhubarb/masala sauce.
We decided to try to Philet a Phish which we've never done bePhore.

Main course was veal picanha that she still had lePht Phrom her trip to Denmark.
Covered this piece with olive oil,salt and pepper.
For sides we had rozemary taters and chicory/witloof,shroom dish.

Dinner didn't suck once again!

The whole feast looks awesome. Great job as usual. I have one question about the veal picanha though. It looks pretty lean. Was it too lean and/or tough Heck, we have a hard enough time even getting Picanha here, let alone Veal.

It was a lean cut with a thin Phat layer on top.
APhter the cook I dicovered some chewy pieces inside of the sliced meat,it wasn't much.
Padawan didn't had any of the chewy parts on her plate....maybe because I had slices from the thicker part.
