Don't know if I understand your questions clear George.
We cooked several things on the ProQ like brisket,pork butt,rack of lamb,salmon,some white Phish...
The rack of lamb was cold smoked Phirst on the Oval Cobb bePhore it hit the ProQ for hot smoke and a sear.
Don't know which pic you mean with the ETOH.
Yes,BBQGuru was there...2 American guys and a girl.
Spoke to Lisa a couple of times,one of my teammates buys those Guru's to sell on his webshop.
