Never heard of it before. It looked interesting at Sam's. Picked up a bag and was really surprised. It is very good, I guess compare it to Tilapia, but a little sturdier.
Mine seasoned with Todd's Crabby Dirt, and wife's with a combo of Tony C's and Emerill's original Essence.
My wife made up some thin whole wheat spaghetti with white wine, lemon zest, tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes and parsley.

I'll have to check the seafood aisle at Sams next time and see if theres anything new like that here.
