Chasing After Redhot
Well, Michele already posted her fatty madness thread so I'll just follow up. I made two to her four.
Any who, The first was a sausage formed in a taco shell bowl, smoked then filled with a chedder/jalapeno cornbread and topped with the mini stuffed jalapeno fatties (cream cheese and cheddar). The second is a cream cheese and blue berry filled fatty that was dipped in modified pancake mix, dredged in crushed cornflakes and then deep fried. I love deep fried stuff. And, it's not midnight yet! (Redhot did have to drag me into the kitchen to finish my entry though) Used cherry wood (Thanks Wampus!) with Jack Daniels chips for the smoke.

This isn't at all what I expected from the thread title
Nice looking fatties, Guerry! The sausage bowl in an interesting idea, too.
