Default A Fried Potato-n-Ham Breakfast Fatty

I make these too often, they are my favorite.

fried potato, onion, ham, jalapeno and cheese..



spicy sausage..



fatty piston..

















Used the BPS UDS















on a toasted english muffin..



with poached egg and hollandaise sauce..








It was kinda tasty. Thanks for looking!

If i'm seeing right you use a gallon size bag, but you don't roll it all the way out right? I like that combo of ingredients and it looks good to!

He liked it and had two stainless ones made. Then he sent one of them to me. It's smaller in diameter than mine but I really like it.

Thanks Ron! Yes I use a one gallon baggie but I like to keep the sausage at least 1/4" thick or thicker to avoid blow outs.

That bacon weave you do brings tears to my eyes every time I see it. What a thing of beauty. I think you could wrap that around an old boot and I would hit it. But naturally I would rather have that fatty you put together.
