Needed something to eat for the Texas game tonight. Wings dusted with Yardbird, reaised direct at 350 with pecan for the smoke.

And threw together some Jiffy corn muffins. Added some leftover pulled pork, chopped jalapenos and sharp chedddar cheese.

I sho nuf like the look of those muffins. There's a pork butt on the Pro q tonight and I'll have to try some of those tomorrow when I pull that bad boy.

Wow that looks good. I have never even thought about pork in the muffin...genius!
 
Great combination. Think I'll make Jiffy muffins to go along with Chili tonight.
 
Pork in the muffins will be tried. SWMBO says "Now THAT looks good".
 
What could make your muffins better?? PORK! Very nice indeed.
