Was looking at food sealers in Wally world saturday. Food asver brand ran from $80 to $120. But they had a Black and Decker for $58. Any ideas on the diffrence ?

judging by previous discussions on this topic, I'd say save your money and just use the thicker resealable freezer bags because those sealing devices don't seem to last long and the supplies seem expensive. If you want to get the air out, purchase the zipper kind of bag, leave bag unzipped about a inch and do it manually with your lungs. It works very well.
