I really like the smoker, purchased it about a 1 1/2 years ago SteelCraft Products out of Rock Hill, SC. I don't think he is building smokers anymore. It is fully insulated and built like a tank (weighs close to 600 pounds). I haven't tried a whole hog on it yet, one of my next goals. He also added a removable water pan, I use it sometimes if I want to cook at lower temps. I can cook for about 16 hours with no problem.

The only comp we do is in the parking lot at Arrowhead stadium and the judges are brutal

Here is my little jewel. Lone star grillz smoker with offest. Does a good job.



I also have a weber kettle and a small masterbuilt cabinet smoker I use on occasion, mainly for my own meals so I don't have to fire the big one up.
