Default The Rub Co. Cheeseburger and Twice Fried Competition Style Fries!

I know it's not much for pron because I didn't plan on taking pictures. Turned out so well that I just had to get one! I got some good size 85/15 patties from the butcher which I seasoned with a combo of The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style and Original Rub. Topped the burgers off with American cheese, spinach, avocado, and grilled purple onion. NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE FRIES!!! I coated them with olive oil and The Rub Co. Competition Style Rub. Then I tossed them in the oven until I realized I didn't have enough time. I heated up some oil and got to work and fried them twice. Once they were done I hit them again with the Competition Style Rub which is FARKING AMAZING ON FRIES!!!

Ryan you nailed that meal! Really no reason to go outside of The Rub Co. lineup for a GREAT meal.
