It's more a question of how large your firebox to chamber inlet needs to be. I use a pit calculator someone posted here a while ago. You could search for it or email me for it. One thing I do is increase the volume of the inlet by 10% to account for the slightly smaller size you will enevitably have at the far chamber end from having it pitched to drain.
