Almost no knead bread that I baked at 450* dome on the La Cloche for 30-min. then off for 15-min.

In the Egg at 350* for 1-hr.

Ross that looks very good. I have been doing no-knead for a few years and just love it. I thank you for the all most no-knead bread recipe and will try that soon:icon_bigsmil
 
Oh wow! Great looking bread Ross! I bet the smell of your bread baking is driving the neighborhood wild. :biggrin: Mmmmm.....
 
Since you baked them yesterday you have had more than enough time to overnight them too me.
Where are they at?
