rome apples cored and stuffed with a mixture of "fruit and nut" granola, walnuts, and a little cinnamon. then a teaspoon of butter on top near the end. needs ice cream. :biggrin:

i didn't have ice cream so i served with nonfat yogurt with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

maybe 350-375 for about 45 minutes? i didn't time it. test the apple with a fork or toothpick and bake till you like the consistancy.
 
Looks great, could really use ice cream alrighty. With some adobo ice cream topping.
 
Wow! I'm going to have to get some apples to cure the craving now. Very nice!

nope, not at all. i used bear naked granola and ground everything up in the mini food processor. i was trying to make it more heathy. :biggrin:
i might have added a little brown sugar too...
