Next up... after the serious video.... Raging Bull asks

"its a simple question Donnie, Did you, or did you not, cook this in a PBC?"

"I amnot gonna dignify that was a response. Where do you get the moinks big enough to ask your brother that?"

"Your very smart Donnie, I hear a lot of things... but I am not hearing the right things... did you touch the PBC?"

Then follow it up with a Sopranos inspired montage with "A very good year" playing behind it.

Vinnie will finally get his wish

I've failed to make it through one of your videos, but I might try this one. I try to support the arts.

Thanks, and I hope you make it through. You are exactly the type who I am targeting with this video (The 67 percent that can't stand my other crap).

It has my 4 and 7 year old doing all the prep-work except the fire stuff. They even place the meat on the hook. I hope you enjoy it as much as my kids had making it.

Part one will be basically just about the Cooker; what comes with it, how to put it together, comparisons of it against the UDS and how to make adjustments.

Part Two will be the dressing up the meat, SPARE RIBS.... placing it on the smoker and the reveal with one rib purposely left on to see how long, if at all, it would take to fall into the fire. The timelines are vastly different from what the manufacturer suggests (at least here at sea level) but I make sure and point out is ULTIMATELY IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PITMASTER to watch and know his meat.... especially after cooking on it a few times.

I watch every single one...he pours his heart and funky soul into each one. Now some I may like better than others, but there is no doubt he loves it. I think he's the mad hatter of BBQ!

And the results speak for themselves:

Best beans I've ever tasted are his foxy's double B's

Are you saying that it will be coherent and not butcher good music? The newspaper articles you have posted prove that you can write well.

So you are saying his style is all due to Mercury Toxicity?
