Default Happy Anniversary to Me!

Mostly a lurker here, but wanted to post about my weekend. My wife surprised me with a Weber Smokey Mountain as a anniversary gift. Fired it up today and put on a pork shoulder. Here is the finished product after I mixed in some sauce. I think i will be posting more now with this beast in my repertoire.

That wasn't a gift for you!

That was a gift for her! She just doubled your outdoor cooking arsenal. You'll be cooking twice as much or more.

Still, that's a great gift, and she's a good woman!
