here are a few pics of some spares and chicken and sloveck sausage we did today. as welll as some home made tortillas and charro beans used some blues hog rub on one rack and the other with some rub that big brother smoke sent me in the last trade. both tasted excellent. i left em dry so i could try both rubs and then poured a little blues hog original sauce on the plate so i could try it as well.. dang tasty. just marinated the chicken in italian dressing, didnt apply any rub or sauce. OL doesnt like things to spicy. well enjoy. i know i did.

Used to make a great sammich, when Sam's still sold the small sub buns.

Go get some "hot dog" buns from Central Market. They're too big for hot dogs, but great for sausages, and fresh!
