Baby-Back BH & SM Challenge

I smoked three racks of baby-backs on the Mini-WSM today. All of them were
Rubbed with a different Simply Marvelous rub and a different Blues Hog sauce.

Simply Marvelous-Cherry Rub
Blues Hog-Original
(For my five yr old son!)

Simply Marvelous-Sweet & Spicy
Blues Hog-Tennessee Red
(For my wife!)

Simply Marvelous-Spicy Apple
Blues Hog-Smokey Mountain
(For me!)

The idea was to taste several combinations in one smoke. After the taste we thought we would take some notes and/or a vote.

What is your favorite combination!



Unfortunately for my wife, I pulled the Sweet & Spicy/Tennessee Red and tasted a bone...half a rack later, no more hunger!

Plated with no sides.

I am not sure I am going to be able to wait for the wife to return with my son from day-care. We might be down to only two racks soon!
