Moink balls? what is that?
Looked in the recipe page found nothing.

Go to the bottom left of this page and do a search for "MOINK". You will get a lot of hits and some good reading.

Basically, MOINK balls are frozen meatballs, wrapped in bacon and are smoked until the bacon is done.

I made 26 (don't ask why 26) earlier today. The kids came home from school and they are all gone...

The shiny stuff was a Mango-peach Pepper Jelly that we nuked in the microwave and brushed over the MOINKs during the last 15 minutes or so on the grill. This was my first attempt at doing them, and won't be the last judging from the family reaction...
