I just recently got engaged.
I don't have a rig big enough or a friend to ask to cook the Q'. So I would rather have someone who has a passion for Q and a rig big enough to do pulled pork/brisket for 100 and provide sides.
Please understand this is a bit in the offing and I haven't even picked a place or any of that. I am just trying to figure out a rough price/person for pulled/brisket and decent sides.
