Possible smoker switch
I've been cooking on the WSM models and love them, I ordered a stumps classic because I've seen how well they cook and love the idea of how much usable space you get. I got to cook on a jambo and love the idea of towing he pit. I don't own a trailer to put the stumps on, I may change directions and order a jambo, if I do there will be a stumps classic in so cal for sale.
I want them all!!!

The main thing i love about offsets is being able to work on your meats as you finish and sauce them ect INSIDE the pit instead of having to slidel the meat out completely to work it and having sauces and juices drip all over the floor and your shoes lol. All the modern uprights are amazing cookers though, hard to match in even even heat and overall cooking space but its not neccessary to cook that much for comps so depends what your really trying to accomplish. Good luck, cant harly go wrong with any of those choices.
