Default Food for Farking Cold Weather

Hard freeze coming to SE Texas tonight, so I am cooking food that warms the soul and is comforting. Since I haven't posted pron in forever... here is what I'm cooking tonight... beef chili (NO BEANS). Since my daughter can't eat chili and the pork chops were thawed, I am also fixing smothered pork chops.

yup, my wife ordered rice to be cooked... not that she needed too, I swear she could fly over a rice field and know how much gravy it would take to cover it.
