Hello-
I'm an avid BBQer and pit builder in the little spare time I have. I have cooked on offsets, ECBs, gassers, and most recently UDS cookers. I've been cooking for family and friends for about 15yrs. This past year I have fallen in love with the UDS design and have started building them obsessively! I think I'm up to 6 now, but still going. I learn something every time and the next build is better than the last. I look forward to the advise and tips I can glean from members here and hope perhaps some of my experiences might help others.
