Default When does brisket go on sale?

Is there a certain time of year, particularly up north?

I usually only see corned beef brisket around paddys day, but I guess I never really checked the unmodified brisket.

When the supply exceeds demand, If the drought continues early summer should see a price drop.

Well, it's more complicated than just being seasonal, but demand is typically lowest in the period between St. Patricks Day and Easter.

What he said. You can barely see a full packer anywhere around Chicago at the major grocery stores let alone a sale. RD is your best bet.

Here in california I have never seen a packer in the store. Only restaurant depot or sometimes smart and final.
