Whole Hog In Sarasota/Tampa area
I have a friend who is looking for someone to cook a whole hog in Venice, FL on 8/16. This will be for around 50-60 people and they are trying to keep costs down so they only need the hog and not sides, serving, etc.

I think the OP meant they will only need the whole hog, no sides to keep the overall costs of the BBQ down.
