Contest Announcment 6th Annual GLBBQA Winter Thaw Sponsored by Lockharts BBQ

The 6th Annual GLBBQA Winter Thaw Sponsored by Lockharts BBQ is scheduled for May 17th and 18th at Eagle Park in Eagle Michigan.

Lockharts BBQ has generously agreed to sponsor the event once again with a $1000.00 minimum prize pool. The Prize Pool will go up $100.00 for every team that signs up over 10.

So come on out, knock the dust/rust off your cookers and join us for our Winter Thaw cook.

We will once again have our now World Famous Pot Luck Dinner and Lockharts will once again be donating some of their Award Winning Beer for us to enjoy.

This is a great contest to get your feet wet without having to pay a large entry fee.

Judge and Cook Team apps are attached.

We are also looking for a few folks to volunteer to head up the following Sub-Committees: Judging, Pot Luck Coordinator, Parking-Space Assignments, 50/50 raffle, and meat inspections. If you would like to volunteer for any of these positions please send an email to mterry@glbbqa.com
